    • Brand New Units: Eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee.

    • Refurbished Units: Eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact Customer Service at sales@puremate.ie to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

    2. Thoroughly clean the unit before packing it in its original box.

    3. Include the product's user manual, brochures, and accessories in mint condition.

    4. Label and ship the package using the enclosed return shipping label to the address provided.

    5. Include a paper with your name, address, RAN, and a brief note indicating the reason for your return
