PureMate Product Warranty and Protection Plan Information
All PureMate products are designed for long-lasting durability and reliable performance. If your PureMate product experiences any issues during the warranty period, we are committed to repairing or replacing it at no extra cost to you. 3-Year Extended Protection Plan Our 3-Year Protection Plan enhances the standard 1-year limited warranty by an additional 2 years, offering you extended coverage and complete peace of mind. During this extended period, if your product needs service, we will provide a replacement unit—either new or refurbished—using genuine PureMate parts. We also cover any shipping costs involved, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free repair or replacement process. For any replacement or repaired item, the warranty will either continue from the original product's remaining coverage or last 90 days from the service date—whichever period is longer. Important Warranty Exclusions Please be aware that the 3-Year Protection Plan does not cover:
  • Damage from normal wear and tear
  • Issues resulting from improper use or handling
  • Malfunctions or damage not caused by defects in materials or workmanship
Additionally, attempting to dismantle or tamper with the product will void your warranty. If you encounter any issues or need guidance, we encourage you to reach out to our Customer Care team, who are always ready to assist with the warranty process.

Free UK Mainland Delivery

All orders over £30 sent within the United Kingdom Mainlands come with free 2-3 working day delivery.

The delivery couriers we use are UPS, DPD, Evri, FedEx and Royal Mail. When you receive a dispatch notification, your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days.

If your order is delivered via DPD, you will receive an SMS & Email highlighting your allocated 1-hour delivery slot.

Deliver your item to your neighbour
Please note, we are not able to change the courier, once it has been allocated to your order.

Offshore Orders

Please note that our 2 day delivery does not apply to deliveries to UK offshore addresses (Jerseys, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight – Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and some remote Scottish postcodes ). These orders will be sent via standard delivery and will take 3 – 5 working days to be delivered and an additional offshore postage fee will be charged.
